Returns & Exchanges

At this time, due to the handmade nature of my items, all sales are final.
However, I want all of my pieces to be loved and each customer completely happy with their purchase, so please reach out if you have any issues.

Shipping

I make trips to the post office to drop off packages twice weekly - on Tuesdays and Fridays.
I ship all items via USPS and the rates & estimated times will auto calculate for your area.
Made to order items will be made ASAP and be shipped as soon as they are ready, however my on-hand material levels fluctuate and depending on how busy I am affects the turnaround times on these items. These items generally don't take more than 2 weeks, but please allow up to 3 weeks for these items.
Once the item ships, it's out of my hands and cannot control any delays that may occur. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Custom Work

Repairs & Resizing

Repairs of my own work will be considered on a case by case basis and the buyer will be responsible for shipping back to me for repair. I may charge a repair fee depending on the magnitude of the repair. I do not offer repairs on jewelry from other brands or jewelry designers. 
For finished gemstone rings, the band cannot be resized so please be sure of your ring size before ordering! However, sometimes I am able to size 1/2 a ring size UP only. Please contact me for more info if you have a specific ring in mind!
Due to each stone's unique properties, some are more fragile than others. Please be mindful of your stones and don't wear them in circumstances where they can get damaged. See jewelry care for more info. I cannot fix missing, chipped, cracked, or broken stones!
